I picked this particular microphone because it was inexpensive. I liked how it has a small plug-in that goes into the phone and these seem relatively small for the microphones. I did charge the microphones with the accompanying cable. These are very easy to use. There is a power button on the back of the microphone, you just turn that on, and it automatically connects to the adapter that plugs into the phone. I have attached a small video where I am using one of the microphones to record my voice. I mainly picked this up because when I go to the casino and I’m recording my wins, there’s so much background sound and I really wanted to just be able to focus on my voice and less of what’s going on in the background with the music and other machines going off. First impression 10 out of 10. I have yet to take it to the casino and use it there and once I do, if my review and thoughts of this change, I will update.

I haven't used it a lot, but so far so good. Just plug the receiver/dongle into the iPhone. It starts blinking two green lights. Turn on the Mics and then the lights turn solid green. Then I start the video recording. It comes with adapters for the receiver which has a UBC connector. If you need it, there is an adapter to get a lightening connector for older phones. There is also a USBA connector which presumably is to adapt the receiver to plug into a laptop- which I haven't tried yet. Comes with a double ended cable so that you can charge both mics at once. Mics take the UBC connector. Can't comment on how long the batteries on the mics last, because I've only used for about an hour so far. I was able to buy it on one of Amazon special deal pages for only about $8 for the whole kit. Can't comment on how the mics record music, because I've only used it to record meetings so far. But it works nicely in terms of recording people speaking. The mics come with both fur type covers (wind noise) or a foam cover.

I bought the Ordele Wireless Lavalier Microphone for iPhone because I was tired of sounding like I was recording my voice through a potato, and honestly… it delivered. Setup was super easy—basically plug it in and suddenly you’re not a muffled background character in your own videos anymore. The sound quality is actually really clear, which makes my talking videos, voiceovers, and random rant recordings sound way more “content creator” and way less “I’m yelling into my phone in a closet.”
What I didn’t expect is how powerful it feels to be wireless. I can walk around, gesture dramatically, pace like I’m in a podcast I was definitely not invited to, and still sound clear the whole time. No weird cutting out, no holding my phone like it’s 2012. The battery lasts long enough for my attention span (which is saying a lot), and overall it just makes me feel like I upgraded from “amateur phone recordings” to “I might actually know what I’m doing.”
